Getting Started
What is Encendr?
Encendr is a revenue-recovery service for home-service businesses. It finds unresolved estimates, works the recovery opportunities you approve, understands replies and brings your team in when human judgment is needed.
Who is Encendr for?
Encendr is designed for owners, general managers, sales managers and operations managers at home-service businesses with a meaningful flow of estimates and jobs worth hundreds or thousands of dollars.
What is the Free Estimate Recovery Plan?
It is a review of your own estimate data. The audit separates unresolved estimates from eligible opportunities, shows how long they have been quiet, and identifies which contact channels are available.
What information does the audit need?
Your business details and, for the most useful result, a CSV, XLS or XLSX file of estimate records. You should only upload customer information you are authorized to share.
Can I use Encendr without a CRM?
Yes. The current version starts with a spreadsheet upload, so no CRM connection is required.
Is there an Encendr app for my phone or tablet?
Yes, and there is nothing to download from an app store. Open sparkmorejobs.com on your phone or tablet and sign in. On iPhone or iPad, tap Share in Safari, then Add to Home Screen. On Android or Windows tablets, open the browser menu and choose Install app. Encendr then opens full-screen from its own icon. You can also tap Get the app inside your workspace for step-by-step help.
How Encendr Works
Is Encendr a CRM?
No. It does not try to replace the system you use to manage customers, dispatch crews or create estimates. It focuses on the opportunities that went quiet after an estimate was created.
Does Encendr generate new leads?
No. Encendr works with opportunities your business already earned and estimates your team already prepared.
What counts as an unresolved estimate?
An estimate that has not been identified as booked, won, completed or clearly declined. Unresolved does not automatically mean eligible for follow-up.
What is an active recovery opportunity?
An active recovery opportunity is an estimate Encendr is actively working through an approved recovery plan. Uploading or analyzing an estimate doesn't automatically count toward your monthly limit.
Will Encendr contact every estimate?
No. Booked jobs, clear declines, opt-outs, duplicates, records without usable contact information and other deterministic exclusions stay out or are held for review.
Can I see what Encendr is doing?
Yes. The recovery plan shows what is included, what Encendr is working, what is waiting, what needs you and why. Recovery Intelligence shows the current strategy, activity and next step for each opportunity.
What is Recovery Intelligence?
Recovery Intelligence evaluates each quiet estimate individually, determines the appropriate next step, follows customer replies and timing, and brings your business in when the next step requires human authority.
Does Encendr use AI?
Yes, for interpretation, recovery decisions and customer-specific communication. Deterministic rules still govern eligibility, exclusions, consent and suppression, and your business approves the recovery plan.
How is AI used?
It explains verified audit findings in plain English and helps Recovery Intelligence make opportunity-specific decisions, understand replies and continue appropriate conversations. It cannot override consent or safety rules, and it hands business-authority decisions to your team.
Does AI decide who can be contacted?
No. Deterministic rules and owner controls govern eligibility, consent, suppression and exclusions.
Customer Follow-Up
What happens when someone says no?
A clear decline is left alone. It is not treated as an opportunity to keep contacting.
What happens when someone replies?
Encendr pauses the current path, understands the reply and decides what should happen next. It can continue an appropriate conversation, remember a future timing request, stop recovery or bring your team in when human judgment or authority is needed.
Can Encendr offer a discount?
No. Encendr does not have authority to change your pricing or invent offers.
Can Encendr change my pricing?
No. Your company controls its prices and commercial decisions.
Can Encendr promise an appointment?
No. It cannot promise a booking, job or outcome on your behalf.
Does Encendr send text messages?
Not today. Encendr recovery uses company-branded email. Compliant SMS recovery is Coming Soon to Pro.
How does SMS consent work?
SMS eligibility remains separate from general opportunity eligibility. It requires a usable phone number and affirmative consent; missing consent is never treated as permission.
Privacy & Control
Do I stay in control?
Yes. You approve the recovery plan and can inspect the reasoning, hold, exclude or restore opportunities. Encendr works within clear guardrails and brings pricing, scope, financing, scheduling commitments and other business-authority decisions back to your team.
Can I exclude a customer?
Yes. You can exclude or hold an opportunity and restore it later if appropriate. Encendr does not silently undo an owner hold.
Can I stop an opportunity?
Yes. Owner controls are available inside the recovery plan review.
Does the audit guarantee recovered revenue?
No. The audit reports unresolved estimate value and eligible opportunity value from your records. It does not predict booked jobs, close rates or guaranteed revenue.
Do you store my uploaded spreadsheet?
Your file is read in your browser and never uploaded as a file. Only the estimate details needed for your plan are saved securely — never sold, shared, or used for advertising.

What CRM integrations are available?

Basic is $99 per month for up to 100 active recovery opportunities. Pro is $299 per month for up to 400 active recovery opportunities.
